Red Bull está listo para decidir el reemplazo de 2019 de Pierre Gasly en Toro Rosso en los próximos días.
El francés Gasly fue ascendido al equipo senior para reemplazar a Daniel Ricciardo.
«Es solo su segunda temporada, por lo que carece de experiencia», dijo el Dr. Helmut Marko a Servus TV. «Pero no estará lejos de Max (Verstappen) en velocidad pura en la calificación.
«Entonces esperamos que esté reemplazando adecuadamente a Ricciardo a mitad de temporada», agregó el jefe de Red Bull.
El otrora próspero grupo de jóvenes talentos de Red Bull ya no es tan fuerte, pero se rumorea fuertemente que Dan Ticktum, un piloto de F3 de 19 años, es el favorito para unirse a Toro Rosso.
«Queremos decidir el reemplazo de Gasly por Monza», dijo Marko.
