Niki Lauda parece estar en el camino de la recuperación.
El mundo de la F1 estaba en estado de shock la semana pasada cuando se supo que el presidente del equipo de Mercedes tuvo un trasplante de pulmón y estaba en coma.
Pero su médico, el Dr. Walter Klepetko, le dijo al diario Bild que la leyenda de la F1 de 69 años ahora está despierta, en condición estable y con el respirador apagado.
Dijo que el nuevo pulmón está funcionando bien.
«Estamos muy, muy satisfechos con este desarrollo», dijo Klepetko.
«Es difícil imaginar un luchador más fuerte que Niki», agregó.
