El presidente de la FIA Max Mosley ha cancelado la visita a Barcelona durante el GP España 2009 que tenía prevista por la repentina muerte de su hijo , presuntamente de una sobredosis.
Alexander Mosley, hijo mayor del presidente de 39 años, fue encontrado muerto en su casa de Notting Hill, sin posibilidad de intentar una reanimación.
Max Mosley ha preferido cancelar el viaje que tenía previsto a España para ver en directo la quinta prueba del mundial que se disputará en el Circuit de Cataluña. Permanecerá en Londres con su familia.
